Shipping policy

Vicansora products are made to order. Production and handling time is separate from carrier transit time. The estimates below show both stages and the expected total time from the date an order is placed.

Shipping at a glance

Production and handling: 3–7 business days.
United States delivery: approximately 10–17 business days total from the order date.
International delivery: approximately 13–22 business days total from the order date.
United States shipping: $7.95 USD; free standard shipping on orders of $100 USD or more.
International shipping: $9.95 USD.

Production and handling

Most orders are produced within 3–7 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Product-specific estimates shown on a product page or at checkout may apply. Multi-item orders may be produced and shipped separately.

Shipping rates

United States orders under $100 USD: $7.95 USD.
United States orders of $100 USD or more: Free standard shipping, calculated after discounts and before taxes.
International destinations: $9.95 USD.

Estimated delivery times from the order date

United States: 3–7 business days for production and handling, followed by 7–10 business days in transit. Total estimate: 10–17 business days.
International destinations: 3–7 business days for production and handling, followed by 10–15 business days in transit. Total estimate: 13–22 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weekends, holidays, customs inspections, severe weather, carrier disruptions, peak-volume periods, remote destinations, and incorrect delivery information may cause delays outside our control.

Tracking and multiple packages

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to show movement after a label is created. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages and may have different tracking numbers. Customers are not charged an additional shipping fee solely because an order is split into multiple packages.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support@vicansora.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Address changes are not guaranteed after production or shipment begins. Additional charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because the address supplied at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.

Customs and import charges

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or similar charges imposed by the destination country or carrier. These amounts are not included in product prices or shipping charges unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Lost, damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Contact support@vicansora.com with your order number and relevant photographs or tracking information. We will review the issue under our Return and Refund Policy. Please do not send any item to our business address without written return instructions.
