Shipping policy

Vicansora products are made to order. Production time and carrier transit time are separate and both should be considered when estimating delivery.

Production time

Most orders are produced within 3–7 business days before shipment. Product-specific estimates shown on a product page or at checkout may apply.

Shipping rates

United States: $7.95 USD for orders under $100 USD.
United States: Free standard shipping for orders of $100 USD or more, calculated after discounts and before taxes.
International destinations, including Vietnam: $9.95 USD.

Vicansora ships worldwide, including Vietnam. The applicable charge and destination availability are shown at checkout.

Estimated transit time after production

United States: 7–10 business days.
Supported international destinations: 10–15 business days.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weekends, holidays, weather, carrier disruptions, peak-volume periods, remote destinations, and customs inspections may cause delays outside our control.

Multiple packages

Items in the same order may be produced and shipped separately and may have different tracking numbers. Customers are not charged an additional shipping fee solely because an order is split into multiple packages.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to show movement after a label is created.

Customs and import charges

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges imposed by their country or carrier. These amounts are not included in product prices or shipping charges unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Address accuracy

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support@vicansora.com immediately if a correction is needed. Address changes are not guaranteed after production or shipment begins, and additional charges may apply to reship an order returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders

Contact support@vicansora.com with the order number and relevant photos or tracking details. We will review the issue under our Return and Refund Policy.
